Thank you for attending the 2021-2022 Fall Conferences at Lakeview High School/Daly Middle School!  We appreciate the time you spent here in our building talking about your students' successes and areas for improvement.  

As the student-led conference format and the scheduling of conferences is a new implementation, we would like to collect some feedback from families regarding how the conference model worked for you this time around.  The goal would be to improve the process for our next round of conferences.
